"Alături de Voi" Romania Foundation, based in Miroslava commune, Uricani village, Bazinelor Street, no. 5, Iasi County, email: office@alaturidevoi.ro, invites all interested economic operators to submit a procurement proposal for the purchase of services for the organisation of camps for the "We Invest in Inclusive Education" target group.

"Alături de Voi" Romania Foundation is the Project Promoter (PP) in "We Invest in Inclusive Education" project,  Call for projects "Inclusive education for children and young people at risk", Area 8 "Children and young people at risk", Norwegian Grants 2014-2021, project launched on 30.10.2020 with the general objective of "Increasing educational and social participation of 650 children and young people aged 3 to 18 years at risk of dropping out of school / early school leaving and with special educational needs from 4 communities in Iasi and Botoșani counties".

The project is implemented over a period of 24 months.

The subject of the contract is the procurement of Camp Organisation Services for "We Invest in Inclusive Education!" project target group.

The requirements imposed by the technical specifications are minimal.

Under the project “Investing in Inclusive Education!”, FRDS 2014-2021

 

Date of posting on the project website: 18.05.2021 ”Star of Hope” Romania Foundation, with the registered office in Iasi, Street Bariera Veche, no 3, Iasi County (behind Granit building), email: office@starofhope.ro,   invites the interested economic operators to submit an offer for the purchase of " Catering service/food for the participants/coffee break for the target group ".

"Star of Hope" Romania Foundation has the capacity of P1 partner in the project “Investing in Inclusive Education!”, call projects “Inclusive education for children and young people in risk situations", Area 8 “Children and young people in risk situations”, Norwegian grants 2014-2021, a project started on 30.10.2020 and which has as general objective

“Increasing the educational and social participation of 650 children and young people aged between 3 and 18 at risk of school leaving/early school leaving and with special educational needs from 4 communities from Iasi and Botosani Counties. The project will be implemented over a period of 24 months.

 

"Star of Hope" Romania Foundation, as a partner in the project, shall launch the open procedure, i.e. the simplified own procedure, for the services listed in Annex 2 to Law No 98 of May 19, 2016 on public procurement, with the estimated value excluding VAT below the corresponding thresholds provided for in Article 7 par. (1), let. c of Law, that is the range: from lei 135.060 to lei 3.376.500 (exclusive).

The object of the contract is the purchase of " Catering service/food for the participants/coffee break for the target group" within the project " “Investing in Inclusive Education!
