Participate in the opening of the educational centre in your community! Under the project “Investing in Inclusive Education”, between February 8 and 10, 2022, we will open the educational centres in Miroslava, Cornesti and Horlesti!
The activity takes place under the project “INVESTING IN INCLUSIVE EDUCATION!”, funded by the Norwegian grants 2014-2021 and managed by the Romanian Fund for Social Development (FRDS).
The aim of the events is to present to the whole Community the benefits of a project for vulnerable children and young people, which through integrated and collaborative intervention can overcome crisis situations and have a good school path.
The educational centres where the project is conducted contribute to improving the school situation of children and young people aged between 3 and 18 at risk of school leaving/early school leaving and with special educational needs, in Miroslava, Cornesti and Horlesti.
The pupils in this school target group enjoy free services of various kinds – speech therapy, leisure activities, corrective activities, professional orientation, development of independent living skills, psycho-educational services. The three centres will also host training programs for 75 teachers, who will learn about teaching strategies for children and young people at risk of early school leaving and with SEN.
By participating in the event, you will have the opportunity to find out the vision of public authorities, school and project partners on the role of the educational centre in your community, you will see live the facilities of the centre, the activities taking place in the centre and the experts working with the children!
